Progress Page

The final page displays the data transfer progress using two progress bars. The top progress bar reflects the overall progress while the bottom progress bar shows the table transfer progress.

When the data transfer process ends, a dialog is displayed to notify the user. By clicking the "OK" button, the Wizard is closed.
