How to export a SQL Server database to a desktop SDF

In order to export any database to a desktop SDF file you must have either SQL Mobile installed on the desktop PC (requires a Visual Studio 2005 Professional license or a SQL Server 2005 license) or the SQL Everywhere CTP.

With Data Port Wizard, you must check the "Local" checkbox in the following page:

With Data Port Command, use the /sF (uppercase 'F') switch to specify the desktop file name.
