Primeworks - DesktopSqlCe version 1.6.600 released

DesktopSqlCe has been updated to version 1.6.600. This version includes the following updates:

The SqlCeCommandBuilder is now implemented in the .NET 2.0 version of the library.
A new read-only tracking mechanism was implemented in both RemSqlCe.dll and LocSqlCe.dll to support data tracking recovery for Data Port Sync.
