DesktopSqlCe has been updated to version 1.5.550. This version includes the following updates:

Support for desktop SQL Mobile databases . The new LocSqlCe.DLL file is included in the desktop redistributables to simulate the remote server. To open a local connection, use Pipe.OpenLocal or add the dssce:local=true property to the connection string.
