DesktopSqlCe version 1.4.400 released

DesktopSqlCe has been updated to version 1.4.400. This version includes the following updates:

• The new BulkInsert sample is provided in C# and VB .NET for both VS .NET 2003 and VS 2005. This sample shows how you can dramatically improve the speed of bulk insert operations by using a SqlCeRowset object instead of a prepared and parameterized SqlCeCommand object.
• New device component version 46. All supported CPU and operating system versions are now generated from the same code base meaning that now all device components support both SQL CE 2.0 and SQL Mobile as well as the new synchronization APIs required for Data Port Sync.
• From this version onwards, the .NET assemblies will diverge in their implementation so that the new 2.0 framework features are reflected.
